城市路灯的供电电缆因布置在户外环境中,经常存在漏电的状况出现,国内外也常因路灯电缆漏电造成很多安全事故。RPT-LDJC漏电检测模块是深圳市瑞普泰科技有限公司自主设计研发和生产,是智能路灯控制系统的有效组成部分,通过RS485通讯方式与集中器建立双向通讯机制,主要用于检测电缆的漏电流大小,及判断漏电流产生的相线和大致位置。通过485通信上传集中器进行数据读取。为检修提供直观性参考,有利于快速的检修可以有效的检测线路的漏电情况和漏电位置,对整个智能路灯系统的安全和检修有效的保障。该产品核心处理器是我司自主研发的电力线载波芯片(SOC),内含32 位CPU(64k 字节Flash 和16k 的SRAM)。

RPT-LDJC漏电保护检测模块主要由如下部分组成:检测元件、电源、计量电路、处理器、R485通信。漏电检测模块的工作原理就是当正常工作时电路中除了工作电流外没有漏电流通过漏电保护器,此时流过零序互感器(检测互感器)的电流大小相等,方向相反,总和为零,互感器铁芯中感应磁通也等于零,二次绕组无输出,漏电模块处于正常运行,此时无告警信息上传。当被检测线路发生漏电或有人触电时,就有一个接地故障电流,使流过检测互感器内电流量和不为零,互感器铁芯中感应出现磁通,其二次绕组有感应电流产生,经R485接口传送到集中控制器进行数据读取,集中控制器将漏电信息及漏电电流大小上传监控中心,以达到漏电检测的目的。 应用配置,一条三相四线电缆配置一个漏电检测模块,三条火线与零线同时穿过互感器感应孔,如果是单相电缆,将火线与零线同时穿过感应孔。漏电模块系统图如图2所示:
