本产品的主机内部由一系列特殊设计的线圈按一定规则连接后固定在一个五柱式铁芯上制成,同时主机内部附有浪涌回路及相位调整线圈。
由于各线圈所产生的磁通是由各相励磁线圈所产生的磁通交汇在同一个铁芯上,使得三相磁势得到平衡,因而输出电压得到平衡,且稳定在所设定的工作电压上,实现电压整形,同时通过电感之间电磁相互作用,回收彼此反相的剩余电流和无功功率以最大限度的节省电能,吸收无效能耗。
节电装置除能通过上述原理达到显著的节电效果外,同时亦减轻了主供电回路的负担,增大了变压器容量的宽裕度,并增加了用户的负荷使用容量。 具体如下:
1.控压限流节电
大部分电源变压器的输出电压经常高于额定值5-10%左右(尤其是在用电低谷期)。过剩供给的电力使得用电设备产生额外的发热现象,它不但造成电力浪费,还会直接缩短设备本身的寿命。不仅白白浪费了电能,而且还造成用电设备(因电流增大)发热缩短寿命,甚至烧毁。RPT-TYZN能够很好的解决以上问题,它采用先进的电磁平衡控压技术,根据供电压的变化调整电压的稳定性及幅值,即当电压过高时调低负载电压;当电压低于标准的供电电压下限时恢复正常的供电电压。RPT-TYZN不仅可以做到自动平衡、稳定用电电压,而且能在不降低用电设备功效的情况下,依据负载的变化智能化地抑制减小用电电流、降低用电功耗。
2.改善三相不平衡度节电
消减三相电压的不平衡度可对电动机取得较理想的节电效益:
在三相电压幅值相等时,一般三相电压是平衡的,其各相电压矢量也相差120°,但在三相电压不平衡时,则产生负序电压和零序电压分量。它可使电动机产生附加的反方向旋转的制动力矩,如果要克服它并且按正方向保持原速度,就要额外增加相对于一倍负序分量的正序能量才能保持原速度,如果U2=1.5%U1,则要增加2×1.5%的功率,对于零序分量就是由于电压的不平衡产生电压中心点偏移导致的零序电压或电流分量,它对电动机产生振动力矩和增大线圈漏磁通消耗。本产品能改善不平衡电压的程度因而可带来节电效应。
3.降低启动电流及运行电流节电
电动机或感性灯具在起动时阻抗ZL极小,电机起动电流一般为(3.5~5.5)IA,感性灯具起动电流一般为(1.5~2.0)IA,加入节电器后,等于接入了一定数量的等值抗阻ZF,可将大大降低起动电流,同时可降低轻载电机及灯具的运行电流。
4.抑制瞬变浪涌节电
瞬变和浪涌是正弦交流波电路上电流与电压的一种瞬时态的畸变。浪涌、谐波为主要的表现形式。瞬变最主要的特点有三个:超高压,瞬时态,高频次。安装本产品后,能抑制用电系统的大部瞬变与浪涌,消除谐振波,清洁电网,减少电耗。
