1、照明节能
由于用电时段的影响,国内电网普遍存在夜间,由其是后半夜电压过高的现象,再加上后半夜对照明要求不高,导致照明用电的损耗增加,而RPT-ZNLD系列产品可根据实际要求设定降压的幅度,使灯具供电限制在合理工作范围内。从而达到节能的效果,正常节电效果可达:15-45%。调稳压方式摈弃可控硅电子调压,采用电磁变压器调稳压,输出无谐波,波形完整无畸变。
四个时段电压可设,可分别带不同的灯具类型,满足不同的灯具的特性和照明的要求分别设置降压的幅度,更好的平衡节能与照明之间的要求。
2、保护灯具
通过降压的方式避免后半夜电网电压升高,而导致灯具长时间在高于额定电压的环境容易损坏的情况,采用软起动,软关闭的控制方式,防止过电压及冷起动到电流对灯具的冲击,大副减少灯具的损坏率。对钠灯,汞灯等灯具设有可调的全压预热启动时间,灯具能更充分的预热,平稳过渡到正常工作状态。
3、智能控制
◇支持的开关灯控制模式包括:时控、光控、时光混合控制、手动控制、上位机远程控制、经纬度自动控制、
◇通过加装无线模块(拔插式)实现无线远程四遥控制;
◇可实现全夜灯及半夜灯控制,并有后半夜再次降压的功能;

参数设置说明:按Enter进入“参数设置”,再按Enter进入验证密码:000001,进入参数设定界面,如需设置时间:把光标移到“设定时间”上,按Enter,光标闪烁,这时可以按上下左右键设定时间,设定后按Enter确认,按Esc退出。注:当启动模式选用经纬光控时,光控优先起动,系统会自动生成每天的开关灯时间,开关灯时间不能直接调整,应通过“经纬时间修正”来修改开关灯时间,-为时间提前, +为时间滞后。

1、 规格说明
RPT-ZNLD系列智能节能照明控制器需要确定的参数主要是控制器的每一相负载的额定电流值,如RT-ZNLD-3*100A,则每相额定电流为100A,三相总电流为300A,折算成容量为:66KVA。
说明:具体型号有:
(1)RPT-ZNLD-3*30A,RPT-ZNLD-3*50A,RPT-ZNLD-3*60A,RPT-ZNLD-3*80A,RPT-ZNLD-3*100A,RPT-ZNLD-3*120A,RPT-ZNLD-3*150A,RPT-ZNLD-3*180A,RPT-ZNLD-3*200A,RPT-ZNLD-3*220A,RPT-ZNLD-3*250A,RPT-ZNLD-3*300A,RPT-ZNLD-3*350A,RPT-ZNLD-3*400A,RPT-ZNLD-3*500A,RPT-ZNLD-3*600A,RPT-ZNLD-3*800A,RPT-ZNLD-3*1000A.
(2)120A上的型号因过重不建议用壁挂式。
2、负载电流计算
路灯及工业用照明大都采用三相供电,将负载平均分配到每相工作,使三相负载均衡,所以计算每相负载电流通常采用以下公式:
每相电流=总功率÷功率因数÷额定电压÷3
对于阻性负载,如:白炽灯、碘钨灯、卤素灯等,其灯具的功率因数接近1,通常以1来计算;对感性负载(配电感镇流器),如钠灯、汞灯、荧光灯等,其功率因数通在0.4-0.75之间(未加单灯电容补偿)。
例如:某道路共有400W钠灯100盏,未加单灯电容补偿,其灯具运行的因数为0.4,则:电流(I)=400W×100盏÷0.4÷220V÷3=151.52A
应选择规格型号为:RRPT-ZNLD-3×180A的智能路灯(照明)节能控制器。
注意:
(1)对于钠灯、汞灯等类型的灯具,应考虑启动电流大于额定电流的30%左右;
(2)对于具有单灯补偿的灯具,建议功率因数以0.85左右计算;
